📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process patient claims accurately and efficiently using Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Verify and resolve discrepancies in patient claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
• Maintain and update patient records and insurance information.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient services.
• Generate and submit reports on claims processing, denials, and reimbursements.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in medical billing.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related role.
• Proficient in using Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts for medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
