In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, as well as overseeing our import operations.

As an Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable/Payable & Import Operations, you will be part of a team that drives our financial and logistical efficiency. You will work closely with our regional offices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and timely. Additionally, you will manage our import processes, from procurement to delivery, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Lead and coordinate import operations, from procurement to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional offices to ensure smooth financial and logistical operations.
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues and ensure timely payments and deliveries.
• Ensure that all import and export documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of financial and import operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and Import Operations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
