In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Bali's retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
