📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the large-scale farming industry.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the feeds sector.
Recommend and implement tailored feed solutions to meet the specific needs of large farms.
Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in the feeds and agriculture sector.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client interactions and business performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within the agricultural or feeds industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of the feeds industry, including market trends, regulations, and product specifications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
