Hub Operations Coordinator - SPX Express (Bali, Indonesia)

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless logistics operations, supporting both first-mile and last-mile delivery processes. As part of our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily delivery operations, including scheduling, route planning, and driver management using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Monitor and optimize delivery performance metrics, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure seamless handover of goods between hubs and delivery points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues, working closely with drivers and other stakeholders to find effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery performance and communicate key insights to the operations team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to delivery operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, Excel, and other relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
