📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback on technical content to improve quality and usability,Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and marketing efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
