📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems that support our customer-facing teams.,Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and improvements.,Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.,Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of our support infrastructure.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our products and processes.,Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.,Build and improve the tools and systems that enable our support team to provide exceptional customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs.,Experience with at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Go.,Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP.,Experience with database systems, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.,Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building great products.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
