📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement policies and programs that promote community development and social welfare.,Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and program development.,Coordinate with local government units, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of programs.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and policies to ensure they meet their intended objectives.,Provide technical assistance and training to local government units and community organizations.,Represent DSWD in various forums and events to advocate for social welfare issues.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social welfare, community development, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, regulations, and policies related to social welfare.,Proven track record of successful policy development and implementation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software.
