As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure food quality and safety by implementing and maintaining food safety protocols.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor and report sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
