📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.),Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media,Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas,Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
