ECHO Nusantara is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in instructional design and e-learning. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, courses, and materials.,Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant.,Utilize e-learning platforms and tools to create interactive and user-friendly learning experiences.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning data to identify areas for improvement.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or e-learning.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
