📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including cash handling, deposit, and reconciliation.,Process patient payments, insurance claims, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Monitor cashiering operations to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and administrative staff as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or administrative roles in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding systems is a plus.
