📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and grow key accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on key account performance.
• Attend and participate in trade shows, events, and meetings to promote our products and services.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
