Sun Cloud Sentosa is looking for a Junior Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with employees at all levels to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are integrated into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
