In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and vendors.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on vehicle performance, maintenance, and fuel usage.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
