📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.,Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring that financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
