📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration for the company.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.,Proven ability to manage financial operations and drive financial growth.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
