PT Bukit Jaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team in Kupang. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about patient care and committed to providing high-quality healthcare services.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior nurses and doctors to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for assisting with patient care, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic medical procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting with patient care and monitoring vital signs
  • Providing basic medical procedures under the supervision of senior nurses
  • Assisting with patient education and providing information about their health
  • Maintaining patient records and updating medical charts
  • Assisting with the preparation and administration of medications
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of patient care plans
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1) with a valid nursing license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
