Express Zone Nusantara is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of distribution activities.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and inventory levels.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Any other duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
