PT Pertiwi Galih is seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and venue coordination.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events are executed according to the plan and within budget.,Handle day-to-day operations of the banquet department, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Assist in the preparation of banquet menus and ensure high-quality food and beverage service.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for events.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event management industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and banquet services is an advantage.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
