Plus Crystal Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients. This is a full-time position located in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 2.000.000 to Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Ensure the banquet hall is prepared and decorated according to the event theme and requirements.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, including seating and providing any necessary information.,Oversee food and beverage service during the event, ensuring timely and efficient service.,Coordinate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure that food is served according to schedule.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet hall throughout the event.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in the cleanup and setup for the next event after the banquet concludes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and event technology is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
