Account Receivable / Cashier (Warehouse Cawang)

As an Account Receivable / Cashier at our Warehouse Cawang location in Jakarta Timur, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. Your daily tasks will involve managing cash flow, petty cash, transaction recording, and invoice verification, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and record daily cash transactions accurately using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
