As a Senior Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly in the construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to, employment contracts, leave policies, and termination procedures.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Oversee the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
