📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement experiential learning programs that align with the university's innovation and entrepreneurship goals.,Manage and mentor a team of program coordinators and facilitators.,Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to create impactful learning experiences.,Monitor program progress, assess outcomes, and provide reports to stakeholders.,Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the university community.,Network with local and international partners to expand program reach and impact.,Represent the university at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential learning, program management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative educational programs.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with entrepreneurship and innovation concepts.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
