📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Manage and mentor junior accountants,Prepare budget forecasts and variance analysis,Oversee the preparation of management reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
