As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and profitability.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as necessary.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's bottom line.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and reporting.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
