PT Tirta Raya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our store in Singkawang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Support the Store Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in implementing sales promotions and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain store records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
