📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
