Quick Shop Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team. We are a hybrid restaurant that offers a unique dining experience, combining the convenience of home-style cooking with the ambiance of a traditional restaurant. As a Waiter at Quick Shop Mandiri, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Take and relay customer orders accurately and efficiently to the kitchen staff.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.,Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Good physical condition and stamina.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
