📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, business cards, and other marketing materials.,Create visually compelling designs for various marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design quality.,Manage and organize design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Provide design support to other departments as needed.,Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Assist in the creation of design guidelines and templates for consistent brand representation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.,Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique and engaging designs.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
