Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms, public areas, and amenities are clean and well-maintained.
• Lead and mentor a team of housekeeping professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a housekeeping team.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software, such as Frontdesk, Rooms, or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
